Technical Description The 26 KB model, designed specially for liquid mediums, is a double shut-off version of our 26 KA compressed air model which has proven to be an effective solution for countless applications around the world. The valves in the coupling as well as the plug are opened when connected. Both valves close virtually simultaneously when disconnected, ensuring minimum leakage loss.	Advantages Single handed operation (the sleeve does not have to to be pushed back when being connected), all individual parts are made of non-rusting materials. The close fitting sleeve prevents contamination of internal parts. Applications Air conditioning technology, sanitary installations.	Working Pressure PB = 35 bar, maximum static working pressure with safety factor 4 to 1. Working Temperature* -20°C up to +100°C (Perbunan) -40°C up to +120/150°C (EPDM) -15°C up to +200°C (Viton*) 0°C up to +316°C (Kalrez*) depending on the medium. * At a temperature below -20°C and above +150°C special seals are available on request.
