Technical Description Both the coupling as well as the plug are fitted with a valve. During the connection process, the plug and the coupling seal before both valves open. The valves close simoultaneously when disconnected, allowing the coupling and plug to be seperated afterwards.	Advantages Minimum (hardly noticeable) leakage occurs when disconnecting. Air is not trapped in during the connecting process. Applications Medical engineering, chemistry, laboratory installations, mechanical enginnering.	Working Pressure PB = 8 bar, maximum static working pressure with safety factor of 4 to1. Working Temperature* -20°C up to +100°C (Buna N) -40°C up to +120/150°C (EPDM) -15°C up to +200°C (Viton®) 0°C up to +316°C (Kalrez®) depending on the medium. *At a temperature below -20°C and above +150°C special seals are available on request.
